No. While a formal diagnosis can be helpful context, it is not required. We work with self-identified autistic individuals and those who suspect they may be autistic.

Both. We offer fully remote sessions via a secure, accessible video platform, as well as in-person sessions at our office. Many clients prefer remote sessions for the comfort of their own environment.

We offer a free 15-minute introductory call to discuss your situation and help you find the best fit. There's no pressure and no commitment required.

We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. We understand that unpredictability is part of life — we handle each situation with flexibility and compassion.
