A journey rooted in love & purpose
Founded by individuals who understand the path from the inside out.

Our Story
Born from lived experience
Noam Hope was founded with a single conviction: that every autistic person deserves support that truly sees them. Our founder, Dr. Naomi Chen, began her career as a special education teacher before earning her doctorate in developmental psychology — but it was raising an autistic child that shaped her deepest understanding.
What started as a local family support group grew into a full consultancy as more families found their way to our door. We expanded deliberately, never sacrificing the warmth and personal attention that define our approach.
Today, Noam Hope serves individuals and families across the country through both in-person and virtual sessions. Our team of consultants brings decades of combined experience, all shaped by the same commitment: support that is calm, structured, compassionate, and genuinely effective.

Our core values
Compassion
Every interaction is guided by genuine care, empathy, and respect for each person's unique experience and journey.
Safety
We create environments — physical and emotional — where autistic individuals and their families feel secure, accepted, and free to be themselves.
Understanding
We approach every person with curiosity and openness, seeking to understand before offering guidance. Lived experience informs everything we do.
